Union Island and Palm Island are their Luxury Ocean Suites and are the same in layout except they are the reverse of each other and they feature private oversized whirlpool spas and terracotta terraces overlooking the Caribbean ocean. Carriacou is a self-contained Garden Suite. They are furnished with locally crafted pottery and decorated with distinctive murals, Spanish fabrics and cotton bed linens.

Dining: Cafe Luna is their open-air rooftop restaurant. It offers breakfast (full breakfast is complimentary with stays of 7 nights or more), lunch and dinner with an international flair. Enjoy sundown cocktails overlooking the setting sun above the Caribbean Sea and Miami Beach. The menu highlights many favourites but changes regularly so the meals are always interesting and fresh.
Facilities: Leisure facilities include a freeform rooftop swimming pool. The stunning view from the pool may be enjoyed dawn to dusk, but is particularly pleasant during the complimentary sundown wine and cheese service on your arrival. Mountain bikes, snorkelling equipment, beach chairs. Enterprise beach (known locally as Miami beach) is adjacent to the property and you may arrange water sports or activities at either reception or with the individual water sports operators at your discretion. You can arrange a gourmet picnic lunch and go exploring or book yourself onto the hotels own 42 foot yacht - Soul Venture. The yacht features a sunbathing deck, outdoor freshwater shower and snorkelling gear and is the perfect way to visit many of the little known coves along the coast. If Soul Venture is not available during your stay, the hotel will honor complimentary sailing aboard "Silver Moon" (or similar) ;a luxury 44 ft. catamaran which will accept a maximum of 12 guests.
